This package way is optional package, need to be charged. 

Caton box will be wrapped by plastic to avoid water.

Pre-hung doors are fixed by plywood planks, need extra charge. This way occupies more space than other ways, and shipping cost is higher.

A: Our new plant was built at the end of 2011 with workshop space of 20,000m2 in which utilizes advanced automatic Interior Door production lines.

Q: What's your capacity?
A: Our production capacity is 10,000 pieces of wooden doors per month.

Q: What's your delivery date?
A: It depends the purchase quantity. Normally, 30-35 days, for 1 40' GP after receiving the deposit and all the details confirmed.

Q: How can you guarantee the quality?
A: We believe the quality is controlled through the whole process of order. Begin with detailed drawing and quality standard agreed by both party. Our full process inspection is composed of raw material inspection, mid-term inspection, final inspection and sampling inspection.We strongly invite you visit to our factory before the shipment to reach a final inspection.

A: Our products successfully pass SGS and WH UL10C possitive fire rated test.
